1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded via twinexis.com between Twinexis GmbH, Arberstr. 1, 93105 Tegernheim, Germany (“Twinexis”) and its customers for the supply of the SkyDev software by download.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of SkyDev on this website is not a binding offer. By completing the checkout, the customer submits a binding offer, which Twinexis accepts by providing the download or sending a confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in euros. Payment is made via PayPal. The download is made available once payment has been confirmed.

4. Delivery

SkyDev is delivered exclusively as a digital download. The download link is provided on screen and/or by email.

5. Licence

The customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use SkyDev in accordance with the licence terms supplied with the software. Redistribution, resale and reverse engineering are not permitted unless expressly agreed.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

7. Warranty and liability
